I'm really sorry if my response is not as fast as you expect. I've been very busy and I don't answer calls when I'm in a booking and I don't phone back as I never know who's around you (this is to respect you and your family).

I can assure you my attitude is just fine. Being rude to me and blaming it on me really makes you seem a bit off.
