Was pleasantly surprised how accommodating this fine lady was when I arrived a few minutes late. As to time.
Credit has to be given to the bookings following late arrivals.
Where necessary, I ask for pardon and understanding and request their booking be moved up a few minutes.
We all aware of the daily traffic challenges faced by all.

Of course, all within reason.

It has all been said and its all an under statement. It took me a while to get the timing right but man am I glad I finally got to meet this exciting lady.
