Something does not add up here, the lady travelled 300km probably 3 hours for the booking and 5 or 10 minutes is what is upsetting the man sorry I dont understand but hope it gets resolved.

My sentiments exactly. There are no decent WGs in that area, so what difference does 10 minutes make?

From my point of view, one part that was overlooked was that Grant actually went to cell providers to check whether you can dictate a response by voice to type. Most certainly. But why go through all that trouble? I understand that he must have felt grieved, but lordy, to go and check up on that is a tad petty.
I have never seen Shiona, but from my point of view she seems ready to resolve it, which in my books goes a distance, and she was polite, not going banshee.
Also, personally I have had it myself where someone sent me a message on Whatsapp and it shows delivered on the one end but I only recieved it an hour later.
Should it have been over an sms, the best any network can promise for delivery is within 24 hours.
This really does look like a big miscommunication, so why not give the lady a second chance Grant?

All a big storm in a teacup. Even if, as he says, she was not ready by 11:58, then the very least he could do was to wait until 12 before he started throwing his toys. If he'd waited a few more minutes, he would have had Shiona trying to make up for being a little late and really going all out. As for the review, he knows very little about this lady. All he could possibly rate would be her telephone manner, and if that was so bad (1/5) then why on earth would he even make the booking. The rest he knows nothing about. He doesn't know what she looks like, where she stays/works, how clean or private the venue is, how clean SHE is, or even how her service is (we are after all talking about her service in the sack here).

Grants, I don't think Shionas intention was to let you down, pity you did not give her an opportunity to call you and convince you to give her 10 more minutes, I bet she would have made it up to you during the session in some way....

We all human and we all run late...giving her a few extra minutes or even a little time to explain herself would have probably been worth it...
