Its very clear what you said
"You came here voluntarily, so if you don't like the system you may always leave the same way."
Now you can try respin any you like but it won't change that it's been said.
Additionally I didn't mention unhappiness, I did mention your defensive position, Which I maintain is somewhat odd.
Ill call a deal though, you can continue to create your top 10s and I'll continue not to take them into consideration when making my decisions for the reason I have now painfully explained.
I stand by what I said... the point was that you have the free will to make any move you want, no one is holding a gun to your head. You chose to join ESA, you chose not to become a Gold Member, if you are unsatisfied then by all means get a gold membership and vote and get some new talent on the list.
It's not a defensive position, for that you would have needed to make an argument for which I cannot respond... I have stated my thoughts on the topic and nothing more. Why any argument that is opposition is considered odd in something for you to work through as I don't see anything odd about it when people are having a discussion.
If you will note my voting history, I have voted once in 9 years... so why is it "my" Top 10 ?
I also want to make something very clear, I have not, nor will I ever call you slow... These is so far a reasoned debate between a few people with opposing views, nothing more.
Another separate argument, I have paid in full for my membership, for the extra's it entails, why should I accept that it should be watered down ?

Its also incredibly easy to see that the same girls receive votes from the same group of people. Also, equally easy to see is that Gold Members cannot represent the punting population. That's plain arithmetic. Therefore the results of the current Top 10 can only be those of the voting gold members.

This is normal in any voting system, a statistical 100% voter turnout is almost as rare as Unicorns. I would also point out that there is no guarantee of a higher percentage of voters if it is opened to all members, nor is there any guarantee of the Top 10 changing as they could have the same statistical amount of voters with the regular memberships.
As was mentioned there is about 1400 members here, yet only a few regulars seem to be active on the forum and while more actually do submit reviews I am sure the statistics would be very similar if you looked only at the Gold Members.... X percent GM should be similar to X percent in total as a representative figure.
Proportional representation...
