Incognito mode will not save any LOCAL data on your own machine. Your network admins will STILL know exactly what you do and so will your ISP, etc etc. It just means you don't need to delete browsing history on your local machine.

Yesterday evening I open my Facebook account and what do you know, a working girl I visited fairly recently shows up as a friend suggestion. I did save her number at one stage but deleted it shortly thereafter. It would seem her name being stored on my phone, my recent online history and the number could have brought it up. The profile is her normal everyday profile and not a WG profile, so it looks harmless.
