Well, I think perceived value also plays a part.

I have been to some wg's that you would consider budget in price but I perceived the punt as phenomenal service and really really really good value so they became regular. Then the price went up and extra was charged for things that was included in FH so I moved on to new wg's.

For the 10 people I referred 4 budget punts, I think those punts are pretty much on par with R800 punts I've had. There where some that were only budget by price but premium by service and looks but those have moved unfortunately ; -( Think I paid more for location in those instances honestly although there have been some gems well worth the R800-1000
