@Njammies I think that if your intention is to merely look for specials or bargains, as opposed to haggling for a discount, then may I suggest that instead of calling ladies asking if they can see you at your suggested rate, that you instead start a thread (similar to the bid and bonk thread from a few years ago), where guys can state what amount they are willing to spend or can afford to spend, and then the ladies who are interested and willing to see clients at reduced rates, can then reply to each guy via pm or on the thread itself. That way, you do not have to waste your time phoning around in search of a bargain and in the process possibly antagonize some ladies with your request.

@nsence, nothing wrong with looking for the lowest price/bargain, we all do that when we shop around, but if a lady states her price during a telephone conversation/sms/pm/whatsapp/profile/website, and the client then still goes ahead to try and convince her to see him at a reduced rate, then in my eyes, that person becomes a haggler.

My prices are fixed/not negotiable and yes it is published on my website for the world to see, ditto for my services and I always direct clients to my website. Even so, I still get hagglers sometimes emailing, calling or sms'ing me, requesting specials or discounts.

The way I see it, there are more than enough ladies publishing specials almost on a daily basis on the forum, sometimes ad nauseum and if that is not enough to sate those who are looking for bargains, then as I mentioned above, perhaps the bargain hunters should start a thread, stating what they are willing to pay.

@Sibyl - Nice site, however most do not have anything similar. I agree that some spam the forum too often with specials. I think the way that HOE and Ti amor do it is more in line with my suggestion - fixed discount for certain days or times etc.

This will always be a contentious issue. The ladies on this site are business owners, some very successful, but all entrepreneurs, and kudos to all of you. I, like you, am a business owner, and I will always appreciate knowing that I am about to lose a deal on price. I would much prefer someone telling me that my service is out of their budget range, and that they are going to look around, as opposed to a "thank you for the info, I'll come back to you, or I will check my diary and call you back" and they don't, because they have found a more affordable deal.
Nsence makes a valid point at the end of his post. Give and take on both sides. This is indeed an opportunity for you as the business owner to achieve an end goal. Like filling dead time, covering some fixed costs, gaining new clients etc.

The way i see it punting is a luxury, not a necessity. So if my punting fund ever gets on the low side i simply wont punt. Could never bring myself to ask for a discount.

In fact im the opposite - often going in to a punt with 2 or 3 times the lady's asking fee and spoil the crap out of her if she meets or exceeds my expectations.

You are the punter of wg's dreams :)

While I appreciate the fact we are all doing this to earn a living and like the gents here also have bills to pay and families to look after, I completely understand and acknowledge we don't do our shopping and ask the cashier for a discount...I have had the opportunity to "negotiate" with a gent who found me on this site last month...He called asked the normal questions....We can tell when the call won't end in a confirmed appointment....However later he messaged me and said I'm exactly what he's looking for but he can only afford X amount, he understands this is my business and how I earn a living, but would I consider seeing him for what his budget allows. I made the time for him and was glad I did. Please ladies I'm not saying we must all make these kinds of concessions, we all have the right to make our own choices. As a MG business is not always as busy as some ladies who work under the WG title, so for me anyway I was glad he contacted me again. I agree with Sibyl who suggested starting a thread stating what you're looking for and what amount you're putting on the table. The ladies who are willing can contact you and set something up that's mutually beneficial. But PLEASE gents don't take advantage of a poorly performing economy, saying you only have X amount then arrive at the booking in a porsche. Thank you to the gents who do have our set fees and who also tip! And thank you to the two gents who saw me this week and paid my full hourly fee even though you knew I was running a special...you have kind generous hearts and I'm grateful! Blessings in abundance xxx

Jewel a very well written piece. I personally don't ask to bargain I feel it is degrading on both parties. Both as the punter - saying I cannot afford then the service provider saying two things - 'I don't do cheap' which in turn is a slap asked for by the punter. Then 'saying in the punter side I am OK with shorter'cheaper' service.... So Na. Some wg have offered as they were aware of my situation but on there on accord they offered. I was trueley grateful. And continue to support them since... Any how have a blast all.

Thank you. I totally agree with your suggestion, as implemented by HOE and Tiamore. Also please note that I do not see anything wrong with ladies publishing specials, offering point systems with discount benefits or even discounted rate on retainers. To each his own in how they choose to run their business and how they choose to get more clients.
