Dicksauce, I'll hope this helps you and genuine punters and the lovely ladies her regarding STD, as have gathered and kept this from various sites and sources, and will share:
Try not be so paranoid, gets better as you punt more through experience and most of us expose ourselves and have decided to take that risk ourselves due to greater benefits being received, it may not be for you.
If you do it, mostly depends on your exposure and the protection you using:
OWO BJS/Dining v - Oral without condom - exposes us to Herpes - even oral herpes can become genital and difficult to detect, difficult to treat and can be easily spread to your regular partner
Low risk of HIV
Hsv/warts less likely but possible
Hepatitis b possible less likely
Exposure can be decreased by you and a wg using a good alcohol mouthwash before starting and using a condom - I also bring one in my car/uber.
*VAGINAL SEX BARE BACK* and anal sex:
High risk of transmission for
HIV
HEPATITIS B
HERPES GENITALIS
HSV/warts
Syphilis
Other non lethal infections :-
Chlymidia
Gonorrhoea
Trichomonas
For HIV:-
Prep with truvada - - cost around R400 a month for the generic - DO not do bareback (I not tied it)
Hep b - get vaccinated - and do blood tests to check that you have antibodies to help b
Warts and herpes - no effective prevention or treatment
Syphilis is rare these days but easily treated
The other bugs cause more damage to female genital tract and usually discharge and pain in men. Easy to treat.
Smell the woman below - if she has a green discharge or bad smell she is highly infective. Look carefully for pustules or warts.
Testing is easy for all these - via discharge sample to any lab or blood tests for the big ones.
Warts and herpes are super bad because you can get it , pass it on but often can see no symptoms.
Do you have a chance on or around your genitals - syphilis
Pain urinating - possibly uti or chlamydia
Warts - hpv
Tiny sores or blisters - herpes
Advise what YOU do to prevent:
1. Smell and check out the girl.
2. Bring a small bottle of mouthwash and use before and after a session- in car/uber
3. Look for drug habits or if she looks very thin - std and drugs go together and rather leave and pay cancellation fee
4. If you or wg have a a cold/flu - re schedule the session to another day.
5. Never do bareback with a wg even if she is on prep
6. Test your HIV every frequently and hep antibodies every 3 years. The rest is detected by clinical symptoms more than tests - tests only needed if you have symptoms.
7. Bring and use own condoms
