I don't understand the bait comment. If you look at most reviews where the punter hasn't met the lady in question ESA clarifies that its not a review as the punter hasn't met the lady, that's a fact.

Why come to the forum and make such a big noise if she reached out to you to understand why she got a bad review? In my mind wasn't that the start of a private dialogue to find a solution or am I missing something here?
