Old clients go back and search the name of the girl. Now they are searching Skye but now my name is cinnamon. That makes me lose business. Lots of guys leave Esa and then return after a while. Why should I change my name after I worked hard on my reputation. Me and Skye from Pretoria north worked in the same area but because of body type hair face all that we didn't get confused with each other. If I did know about her name I would not have chosen it but unfortunately I did. Why not do something about the new girls joining esa. And saying the name Skye Bianca Melissa whatever is over used

If this being seriously considered by ESA, my suggestion on retention of name would be Last In First Out. So if a lady joined in January names A, another one joined in February and also named herself A, the girl joining in February should change her name.
Selling names would be an issue as it means extra cost for advertisers, and eventually for punters. Of course the cost would matter.

Couple issues and Benefits :

If the first girl decides to change her name (example of Caressa) then what happens to the name she stopped using. Will it be sold again/available to be taken up by someone else.
If the same girl wantes to take back her original name after a couple months but now there are 2 contenders for the same, will she get some rebate/priority

Benefit is that the scammers who chaage names frequently will be reduced

3) ESA could make it compulsory for those ladies who already have duplicated names to choose a prefix that best describes who they are and to make it impossible to duplicate new names in the future.

4) When new ladies select a name that has been taken already the system should not allow it but the system should instead suggest similar names or maybe the same name but with either a prefix or suffix.

5) Or just enable the system to prevent the duplication of names going forward. Those who currently have duplicated names will just have to bare with it but at least it will be prevented in the future.

6) Instead of ladies only having a single/one name they should rather have a first name, second name and surname so for example: Princess Magical Pussy or Susannah Johanna Getroda or Scicored Folded Paige.

Paige is an extremely beautiful name and a very creative one too as I've pointed out.

Some time ago i left the industry when i came back there was a Melina in Midrand who did not have any good reviews i was flattered she tried to use the name sadly she did not do it justice. Then I left again and there was another Melina around the corner from me who had some good reviews. Still flattered and she had good reviews. Though I felt the need to be set apart from these ladies especially the one around the corner from me as i was in the ruimsig area for much longer than her and I knew my treatment was in a class of its own so I double barreled my name to the Edging Expert quite and apt name with a Edging session like non that cannot be replicated.

Personally I was flattered that someone would choose to ride on my choosen names especially since i made the effort to check nobody was using any of my chosen name at the time. Though it did cause some confusion as some clients thought I had relocated up the road which i clearly had not.

People we need to remember like in real life we have no copyright claim to a name thousands of people possibly have the same name as you unless you do what i did when i named my daughter I gave her a name which was not only beautiful but one which I made up so nobody else could have her name now almost 22 years later some people have used the name for their daughters however they did not get the spelling right.

I do not understand that new advertisers do not do a name search before using a name. If you click onto the site there is an option to 'search'. Its a different thing if its a name by which the lady has been known for a long time and has a good rep. But most times its the complete opposite. Happened to me. A lady of similar shape to me but om a smaller scale started advertising in Benoni by 2 diff names, Nadia being one of them. Funny thing was when she didn't run both ads it was the other name she kept going not the Nadia ad. She moved around a lot but only used Nadia when she was in Benoni or Boksburg. So I could only conclude she was being malicious.
