Hormones plays a big role at my age and happiness/moods .
If everything works out the way I want it I'll rate myself a 8 most of the times.
But yes life isn't just giggles and fun all the time.
Sometime's ones burden pulls you down and one don't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I also noticed if you interact with people who have a positive outlook in life...it brings you up automatically. I hate being with people whose constantly in bad moods and puts ones mood down.
Yes I've been there a few times this last past year/2.
But NOW it's my time...my life and I'll choose the positive company I keep.
Thank you to everyone who puts a smile on my face and make me laugh and believe in myself.
I stress about losing it,
I stress about it changing,
I love my life just the way it is...and humbly pray for no change :-))
