I'm usually awake between 4 & 5am. No matter how late i go to bed or what i drink just to get a couple of extra hours of sleep. I'm still awake early. No need for a alarm. I get up make my coffee and enjoy a cigarette in peace and quite for atleast 30 to 40 min and get my day started.
