Who is paying for the advert, ESA or the ladies on the advert?

my opinion is bad idea for esa, other sites have done so yeah but none are on esa's level of privacy and profesionalism.

but to each their own, just be cautious of the forum blowing up with new folks who are all "new" and those who are fishing for info. and be careful on reviews

I agree with you 100%.
People who drive in cars with kids inside, will not like this (and rightly so.)
This industry is not about KFC or McDonalds.
There will likely be complaints from the public, and the media will love reporting about this.
It's better to leave it.

Dear Advertisers and gentlemen,

Whether there is a model on the picture or a real lady from the site the attention is drawn to the site.

The thread was not created to have opinions on whether or not to do the street pole ads, the street pole ads will be done and the thread is to make everyone aware of them.
We are not debating the the situation.

The advertisers all have a choice in the matter and no one is forced.

Simply ignore the street pole ad when you come across them if you feel that you will not be using the information.

The way ESA does marketing is not open for debate to any member of the community.

If anyone objects to the way ESA does things you are more than welcome to not use the site.

This just a bad deal for the advertisers. The billbroad directs any wouldbe punter to the ESA front page, NOT the advertisers personal profile page. Once on the ESA front page, any would-be punter can scroll though at lest 110 other profiles before finding any search function.
What ESA is doing here is basically making the ladies pay for ESA advertising.

And how is Esa making the ladies paying for Esa's advertising. Esa never said the ladies must pay for the billboards.

If a Lady does decide to make use of the service it is her responsibility to consider the pro's and con's as with any other form of advertising.

No one forces her to advertise using Billboards.
