I always find it ridiculous when a punter posts a complaint and girls start with conspiracy theories about people trying to "ruin their business" like anyone has time for that.

Really strange i am a regular there and have never ever experienced what slyboy experienced. Lilly is a fantastic lady and i have been visiting her for years and always found her top notch in all aspects. Sorry that slyboy got what he got but it really is the absolute exception and not the rule. These places would cease to exist without repeat business work it out for yourself pieboy

Guys theres no need to turn this into a battle or justification. I had a kak isolated instance, i expressed it and higlighted it so thats it. Maybe because of my outburst the next guy wont experience anything close to that and actually get a better service then what they enjoying. That is essentially what this reviews ratings etc are all about or is it about bitching and whining? So as i said before shit happens

What happened with Slyboy is equivalent to what we've all experienced with outside of this business, be it a bank or other business. There's at least one company we all have vouched to never do business with because of a bad experience and service they've given us, yet there's plenty of people out there who will stand by that same company as the best in the business. Slyboy had a horrible experience, that's just him, of you're happy with the place don't attack him, you continue doing business with them

Unbelievable how people feel they have to take sides on the forum. Its a forum, exactly for what Slyboy is doing... Yes it could have been a once off occurrence. He didn't mention the ladies name. He merely told us of his experience, which in his opinion wasn't good. You look at him being a member for 5 years plus and over 200 posts, he isn't trying to "ruin your business" and have a hidden agenda. You justify it saying that if it really was bad you would have told the receptionist and or therapist, what bullshit. If I have a bad experience, the only thing I want to do is get out of there...nothing else to do with the place.

The fact that quite a few members have endorsed and expressed on the forum that they have had good experiences shows that you do have quality and service. It shows there is a good side to your business, no one is accusing them of promoting it tho.... I think you handled the post wrong, personally I think you should have PM'd him and asked for more details to look into who he was with and if anything occurred from her point of view that made this a bad booking (try get all sides of the story). Then make a decision based on that - either improve on that aspect of your business that Slyboy didn't like or carry on, but to laugh at him and tell him to get a life, certainly isn't very professional and the way a business should run.

Don't mistake silence for acceptance and happiness, a lot of those 1000's could have had a similar experience to Slyboy and yet not posted, you wouldn't be the wiser. Yet in a service and cutthroat industry, you need good references, so I would take criticism more seriously as thats what a forum is here for, the good and the bad. Take the good and improve the bad.
