But I would like to add that I think Veronica and Melina have very valid points. When we review a lady, is it out of experience or opinion? Definatly out of experience. So why is it incorrect when a wg speaks from expereince, generalisation or otherwise. When Veronica speaks, I listen, becasue she has a lot of experiences to draw from. Much like when I listen to a guest speaker at a conference, I can draw from and learn from their expereince.

Secondly, I dont think wg's avoid the forum due to lack of knowledge on how to use it. Do you need training or a manual to use Amazom or Take a lot? If users are avoiding using the technology, there could potentially be user interface design problems, or they refuse to take the initiative to learn, in which case training or manuals are not going to help them.

It is to the benefit of the wg to market and use the tools available, it is their business after all. In any other industry, your suppliers are not going to come in and teach you how to market your business. They may come in an teach you how to use their products, but it stops there.

Certain parties love to hate me regardless of whether my point is right or wrong relevant or not. It's just about rubbing people up the wrong way which usually happens when you broach a topic that is uncomfortable and not sugar coated because it forces people to take a look in the mirrors of their own soul and they don't like what they see, so they lash out at the one making them aware of their own flaws or their own inadequacies in their small worlds!

My experience and reputation in this industry is hard earned and even though I am seriously undermined, my comments stem from it and I do believe I have earned the right to have an opinion, but as I have said before, I would rather bow out then constantly try and explain myself to people who have no idea of my experiences or what I have witnessed, experienced or where I am coming from because the level of thought I express myself from is not something most can or even want to try to relate to or understand! I share every part of myself openly and willingly, but only to people with open minds and a willingness to listen in order to understand and not to those who hear only to respond!

Arizona, I'm sure your suggestion and intentions meant well in providing training for who wish to improve the use of this site. However as usual the thread was bound to be highjacked, and turned into another campaign of sorts, so I salute you in keeping your sanity and not responding after the derailment. I do hope that this does not deter you from continuing with the good work of helping and assisting those in need!

I think that this would be a brilliant idea. Another idea that could be built into this but I realise that it will be difficult to patrol and might be contentious - imagine if esa could do a deal with some doctors whereby wg's and punters could have vd blood tests done via the doctors and if the tests are negative a vd clear certificate could be uploaded by the doctors to the site. In this way we would get peace of mind when punting etc. I realise that this might not be possible - but how great this would be.

Judging from the recent dumb threads started by stupid punters, I'd say these days punters also need training sessions on how not to be total moronic fucking idiots.

A WG pm'ed me the following:
