Sex is one off the main reasons that I look good for my age, but it is also because i am a happy woman....if I'm happy, everybody around me are happy....and I don't have worries off any sort, that I learned a long time ago. If you worry you die, if you don't worry...you also die, so why worry and why die.

I recently read an article in The Guardian that suggested that we stop referring to active people as old, and reserve it for those in the final stage of life.
What do I like about growing older? I'm rarely intimidated anymore, I speak my mind without fear and I'm confident.
Only so many of us will be lucky enough to reach the final stage of life, so embrace ageing because the alternative is final.
To the question, though: Ageing is probably viewed as bad because it forces you to confront your own mortality.
