No, not only The Grand. There was even "massage Only" girls that charged R2000 to R2500.
I've always on the forum mentioned my stance that I support any lady to charge whatever the he'll she wishes. Punters have a choice whether to pay or move along.
My personal approach is to check out a lady and decide whether I'm willing to pay her fee. I never negotiate or ask for discounts! My maximum level I'm willing to pay for FH is R2500 but only if on my book the lady is a perfect 10/10. Perfect model looks, perfect body. There are at least 2 ladies on ESA who command between R1500 and R2500 but when I look at their pics my internal judgement call says no thanks.
Not too long ago Miss Veronica Franco was working at a venue in Morningside where ladies charged between R2500 and R3500. And I remember her mentioning her surprise how much money these ladies were making becoz there are punters willing to pay these amounts.
On the other hand, I know a few girls who only charge me R500 p/h and they are not only gorgeous but also deliver fantastic service. Which proves that premium pricing does not always equal premium service and neither does budget pricing necessarily equal kak service.

There are more factors to consider Zimba, "most" (might not be accurate) Sandton girls understand that they are catering for upmarket gents so they spend more on looking the part.
They spend thousands on quality hair, spend on their nails and upmarket apartments (even products used in sessions) They also need to make "profit" at the end of the day ...... If only the level of service was guaranteed to me "upmarket" as well that would be really nice......
