Girls coming and going at these venues is nothing new at all. Sparky is pregnant so by choice. Trinity found love so by choice. Heaven is for personal reasons but also by choice! I have been punting at HOE for just over a year now and despite girls coming and going there has always been a selection of absolute georgeous girls to choose from. Personally I enjoy seeing the new girls! The service and standards at HOE is simply the best! Steve to you and the team. Keep it up!!!

I have not visited all venues you guys have, but I'd like to give my 2cents' worth.
Some peeps argue and mope about HOE rates, but I've never had anything but 5star service at HOE. Compare that to some privateers on which you take a gamble every time you decide to visit. What will she look like? Is her venue an "upmarket apartment for executive gentleman" as advertised, or rather a "low cost Government erected house developed in the late 70's to cater for the Gold Rush-complete with your own bathroom and toilet INSIDE?"

What would you prefer: 2 less than satisfying encounters with Betty Boop and Cruella de Ville, or rather one gut wrenching, earth shattering, mindblowing eruption of sensuality-such as the companionship available at HOE. I don't know about guys, but HOE gets my vote every time. I've even decided not to gamble anymore, and only enquire about ladies attached to a respectable venue such as HOE.

My two cents worth HOE is surely raised the bar as far as venues is concerned - There is lots of positives and by the way the food is great lol - as stated in this thread the fact that the ladies work at a venue of their choice they are free to come and go - Any venue ( workplace) has rules and set working hours - if we rock up at HOE and all they girls are late Steve will have a problem . If certain ladies do not like that they will leave - I know that most venues do have a fine system in place for various things otherwise it will be chaos- HOE will not have kept a star like Gabbi for so long if it was all that bad ..

HOE -- I really appreciate the Candid Comments -- especially from a few of you that have been around this industry for several years as the fact is -- It is much more challenging then one might think -- Our Ladies have to accept responsibility & yes show up to work as scheduled ( easier said then done ) -- anyway not to bore anyone -- Ladies do & will come & go -- primary due to outside personal Issues -- that is the way it works -- good news is that you are always seeing a selection that varies pretty much with every Visit .

HOE will continue to keep up our standards across the board & hopefully 20 or so Lovely Angels for you to choose From --

SeanDivine -- I do appreciate the candid comments - I am quite sure that You have been at this longer then I have ( Only 2 Years ) But over the past 2 years I have learned a lot in this industry -- One is Not by any means to think or want your Ladies are here to stay . Personal Issues outside HOE correlate to 80% or more moving on -- which is Good & Bad.

It is amazing to me that some of the Ladies that do leave then want to be spiteful & say negative things about the Venue that they left on their own .

Thanks again for adding from real experiences over the years the reality of the Business --Ladies will always come & go !! The Secret is to ensure that New Ladies are right behind the ones that Leave.

HOE - great response for @Nicxus - I am sure he will be more then happy to take you up on that offer, I know I would have been. Your approach to customer service are great and that is why you will/should never have an unhappy customer :-)
