Probably the least qualified person to venture an answer here because if you were assigned the gender male at birth I'm totally incapable looking at you in a sexual way. But from what I understand guys that are attracted to she-males are not necessarily attracted to all men. So it is probably not that cut and dry. Gay men are definitely attracted to the manliness of other men, whereas she-male lovers are not always. It probably falls within the myriad of other + classifications of sexuality that we have these days which I don't pretend to fully understand. For me (and I know this is perhaps narrow minded) a she-male is still a man with fake boobs and perhaps some other cosmetic changes just as to me even a fully transitioned person is also still a man, but that's my personal view and I do respect people's choice as it doesn't harm me personally what they do to their bodies or who they sleep with and quite frankly has nothing to do with anyone and we should all respect that.

I had a further thought, not knowing much about sexuality classification in terms of LGBTQ++, the most like scenario is that a person that books a shemale is on the spectrum of being bi-sexual.
