Hourly rate
Value add
Total monthly earnings

Measuring the value add would be a little tricky, probably need to be a simple 1 to 10 subjective rating.

My suspicion is that those with the highest monthly earnings are, beyond the obvious of offering generally high value add, probably selling offerings across a range of pocket depths.

In other words, packages that range from thrift store bargains up to exclusive luxury experiences reserved for "sircumsized" only.

We in centurion/rooihuiskraal and our rates are very affordable. 500 for 30 min and 700 for an hour. And its been like that for 2 years already.
