My experience with venues in SA, which I must admit is not extensive, I find "multiracial" venues have a better vibe. "White only" venues have an attitude problem.
Being a broad statement there will be exceptions BUT that my take

Been there a few times, mostly to take clients. I've never seen a black lady working there nor in the catalogue, only white ladies. Did see a coloured lady on my last visit and I do recall an Asian lady in their early days. Clientele seems predominantly white males (mostly Afrikaans) with a sprinkling of Indian guys. If you want one of the "belters", best to book her in advance. I must say, on my last visit (a few months ago) I was not overly impressed with the excessively casual way some of the girls were dressed.

I can not understand what the problem is with the dresscode. I would think a lady is chosen for her skills and not what she is wearing.

Image - if you are a top venue charging top prices, you need to maintain that image. If your standards drop or you get lax, whether in quality of ladies, service or dress, it will be noticed and inevitably people will talk about it.
But, i'm sure there are enough guys for whom this is not an issue, to more than sustain this establishment.
As for me, i'll not hurry back !

@Honeybear, ditto.
One does not go into a board meeting wearing running gear...

I think the dressing etc sets the tone and ambiance of a venue. Back in the lolly jackson days, when you walked into teazers, the girls were dressed to the t and that's why the venue was such a success. The girls at hoe should be dressed like the victoria secret models
