GOT do you understand the quotation mark?
The following should have been in quotation marks:
"Gtrddy you are obviously tripping or something, because we had no such incident of a chair being thrown at anybody. And if by some slight chance it did happen he could have taken it up with management at any point. Further more, comments and opinions like yours don't make us or break us. Like I've said before, clowns like you are NOT welcome at The Harem. Frequent the sleazy places affordable to you."

With the above attitude i wonder how long they will last.
Its like walking into a store with shitty staff or booking into a hotel with bad service , does one go back to support them ?
Harem please note customer service goes a long way. As people say , the customer is always right . Take note of that , the next time you reply to a complain.
