Hey Craig, I have to agree with Zahava. She is entitled to have an off day or two and, she is honest enough to tell you so.

Some other WGs don't bother... They take the booking and deliver a lacklustre service for which you pay. In your case, you were spared that situation.

Don't knock the lady for being open and honest... Look at all her reviews and you will see that she was probably having an off day as we all do from time to time...

In reply to you @yellowoxide, I agree that she was honest and in honesty she did apologise and thank me for my understanding.

I guess I was just disappointed and it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I didn't review her to mean any disrespect, seeing as I would be alone in giving her a bad review, but it was just frustrating at the time.

I look forward to meeting her sometime, and hopefully next time I will contact her on the right day at the right time. She is human and has the right to be ''off'' when she feels.
