Except it can be painfull banging balls against your walls. Sometimes these guys can ejaculate blood when faced with situations like these, I'd rather him take care of himself and heal then come back instead of him put himself through agony just to empty his sacks, not to mention that both radiation and chemo can be taxing on the body.
