Have a defence prepared, if you didn't actually visit porn sites you may be able to push this into a grey area, and with high enough charisma score, and a good saving throw, you may just get through with a scar or two.

I agree with all the advice above. Never use your company laptop to access adult sites.
With that being said, depending on how big your company is, they have more worries on their head, like trying to protect the company perimeter from hackers trying to get clients info for randsomeware.
