Of late, i only carry R900 with me. Whatever is left after the 'booking fee', that becomes the tip.

Some months ago a lady gave me R200 back and said "thank you, you made my day"
I asked her to keep it as I also enjoyed it, she said politely "please take it, you worked more than I did and I enjoyed it. Please do return"

I never tip.
I pay whatever the lady asks. No quibbling. Upfront. If she is shite, then bad luck.
My lawyer works on the same principle, and he does not even have to suck my dick.
There is a general rule applicable to this phenomenon :
NEVER TIP IF SERVICE IS BELOW AVAERAGE,
BECAUSE
NEVER REWARD MEDIOCRITY
