To add to Mr Nonapeptide above, HIV Post Exposure Prophylaxis is also not to be neglected, to be added to antibiotic prophylaxis. If you are HIV positive, then getting the girl to go for PEP is the gentlemanly thing to do. If you are both HIV positive, there is no conclusive evidence whether PEP will help from acquiring a virus that is resistant to the drugs you are already taking, though the chance is very very slim. This, assuming you are adherent to your ART.

HIV positive punters and sex workers - please do NOT fuck anyone unless your viral load is <40 or lower than detectable limit. I know that does not happen, though.

To come back to the condoms breaking.
If you keep them in your pockets for too long, keep sitting on them etc, the movement and the constant body temperature will weaken the latex. Same thing will happen if you keep them in your car, where the temperature gets to well above 55 deg.C in the sun. As it was mentioned, oil-based lubricants should NOT be used. Oil weakens rubber. Water and silicone based only. "PJURE" is the best lube, available in all sex stores. Expensive, but per fuck not so, since a drop will keep you reasonably well lubed, never mind a few drops. And does not dry like KY does.

Ocytocin,You give very dangerous advice to people to use garlic as an antibiotic. There is zero evidence that garlic can be used as an effective antibiotic in humans.

If the condom breaks, get to a GP asap and get on a 30 day course of antivirals. You have a maximum of 72 hour period from the condom break to get on antivirals. The quicker you get on antivirals the lesser the risk is for you to have contracted HIV. After the first 72 hours the risk of contracting HIV exponentially increases.

If you got an STD due to the condom break, get an antibiotic RX from you GP.

If you really want to be safe. don't punt. Condoms ain't 100% safe and you can still contract HIV and STD's even if you used a condom. You just have a much lower risk to contract anything.
