I do agree that photographers can help by giving ladies the rundown. But this is their business. So it stands to reason that ladies should check out the site and its capabilities. When you log on the whole menu pops up. Afterall they check out insignificant things like which celebrity is doing what and they can tell you whats happening all over fb.
In this case I think the lady made a genuine mistake thinking she was on the ladies forum.

I'm too nervous to mention her name as I notice she hasn't renewed her advertisement this month but she (OP) does/did look most appealing.
