Opening with "how much to fuck..." is rather crude.....
I was raised to say "please" and "thank you" and along my life journey I realised that introductions and proper greetings open more doors (or legs pardon my pun).
Courtesy is important and asking politely about services, rates and if requests like wardrobe requests can be accommodated hurts no one.
Respect is important, we are dealing with other human beings and in an intimate way....
Respect for people's time....sometimes I have to travel....I will make sure I am near my destination with time to spare and if it is more, I will find a place to hang around. If she and I agreed 10h00 she may need the last couple of minutes to complete her preparations, wardrobe, room whatever.... The fact that I may be 20 minutes early does not warrant me rushing to the door yet even though I may be keen ;-)
Respect is also a currency that we trade in....
On the other hand it is important for ladies to not abuse the respect shown and to respect time.....
