@Kev, the top 10 means nothing to me because there's been talks about some ladies in the top 20, borrowing money from clients. So me thinks top 10 doesn't necessarily mean making bank.

Like the entertainment industry, there's plenty IT girls gracing red carpets, while squaring in producers houses

It may mean nothing to you Naledi but think about it from a marketing perspective. You are online in order to be seen and booked. Do not underestimate the value of being on the HOME page. It may not be apparent but from a punters perspective, I tend to click on ladies with points first before the ones without. Your pics have to be stunning for me to jump on your profile. If you have 300 points I want to know why so I click on it. Girls with no points hardly get a click from me. Also truth be told if a black wg is in TOP 10 she gets an immediate click from me because it is rare and I have gone to a few and I have been pleasantly served. Well except for one who I made sure I put a review when she screwed me over a couple of times.

Just thinking now...with the number of fake reviews though, it could be a problem giving rating power to everyone.

So maybe ESA should just give reliable punter badges to users and allow "vetted" punters access to ratings.

Well apparently, more white males use black wgs' services than their black counterparts. But don't quote me on that, could just be a rumour, one i know to be true in my personal experience.

Kev, if the rating is open to all, how will ESA weed out the 'fakes'?

I'm not sure how the top 10 and all that rating stuff happens, but I assume it's limited to Gold Members in an effort to reduce fake ratings, if I may call them that.
