Battle of the Somme in 1916
It was blown off In an explosion
Monochrism is the condition
Think how well he could have screwed the world if he had two balls
Rottweilers are above licking Hitlers ball !

For the record, having a testicle removed is completely different to a vasectomy in fact I have now had both, it is very different indeed and you cannot compare the two.
My ow simulation was different to just the removal of a testicle, I had a 25cm 3.5 kg tumour that was removed which one of my testicles was just a part of along with around half of my scrotum, the tumour was also stuck to my skin so had a load of skin removed too. The operation was a 4 hour affair so it certainly was not a standard procedure. I have large battle scars to remind me the rest of my life. The 3 months of chemo that followed that too was about as much fun as throwing up after a big night out.
For now I am living cancer free, however due to the tumour I had there is around a 60% chance of the dreaded thing returning, perhaps not as testicle cancer but a chance or other forms. So yes strictly testicular cancer does has a very high recovery rate I do to fall part of that scenario just due to my ow tumour / issue.
As for confidence etc, that is NOT an issue, the issue is the working parts where sometimes it is painful to even have an erection, sometimes it does not even happen. My scarring almost always has an under current of pain bareable but it is there. The operation had to remove many nerve endings including cutting through nerves and e routing a couple of veins.
So before anyone assumes anything further in terms of recovery or makes side jokes about Hitler (I know no offence was intended nor am I offended), please take it into consideration when you post here on the forum, what you read and what is reality is very often completely different to what you choose to understand or think. Is it not better to find out the facts before making presumptions.
With luck I will choose someone here to help me work my way back to the sexual life I want, if not I have learnt to live without it for a long time and it is NOT the end of the world, it is just something that makes life a lot more enjoyable.
Thanks for reading

Well now that you have mentioned the full extend, I can understand that you have a problem with an erection, It is definitely more than just the normal testicular cancer, where one or both testicles are removed.
I wish you well and hope you do stay cancer free. If the confidence is there, it is a half the problem gone. One do tend to feel self-conscious after losing one testicle, but with time you forget about it.
I am sure with the ladies on here all been professional you should not have a problem to find some one that is willing to assist you, without any issues involved.
