This xmas wish supersedes all other xmas wishes I might have posted in last few days!

This afternoon I nearly broke my neck going down the strairs of my little duplex apartment...

I am current sitting with my foot raised and bandaged up to prevent too much swelling. I sprained my foot and ankle really badly( dont think its broken).

I need someone that has a freestanding house or at the very least a groundflour 2 bedroom flat, that they willing to rent to me.

It must be pet friendly, with a seperate entrance if its an apartment as i will be seeing between 4 and 8 clients a week during day time,( it never more as i got a small little business that i spend most days at) and i dont work nights.
Prefferably northern suburbs..would be a great if it aint to far from my current location...willing to pay rent as normal but would like barter deal or partial barter deal on deposits.

Or alternatively...

Someone that is willing to lend me R30 000-R35 000 so i can go seek out a place and not have to worry about those deposits. Willing to sign a formal loan agreement and willing to pay fair intrest on that loan or enter into a barter or partial deal.

Sitting here knowung i wont be able to work for a day or two, made me realise that one day the little slip up i just had might happen to a client and that could be catastrofic.! I need a place with NO stairs. ;)
