Oh yes, the "sleaze"did it women falling all over you and you could pick and choose. Those were the days! Also enjoyed both venues.

Seeing we talking strip clubs, The Titty Twister in Rivionia was tops. Pity the cops closed it down.

I have been visiting this venue for the last 10 yrs on a regular whenever am in Joburg, it's safe and relatively decent although not at the level of Mavericks/The Grand if you know what I mean. For a low budget punt - I highly recommend the Summit any day, I have seen clubs come and go over the years, some good and some dreadful/sleazy - times have changed.

The only downside to the Summit is the main area has inadequate ventilation so if you're not a smoker, your clothes will smell like you are the next morning, the one key downside.

Speaking of the stock-on-hand, I will say depending on your preference - befriend the dancers, the main strippers who get to dance are mostly clean unlike the working girls although this can be a little mixed up because some girls migrate from WG to dancers from time to time.

It's a perfect case study for those who can spot the rough diamonds, esp from Wed & Thu - Sunday can be interestingly chilled...

The industry or should I say the adultwork ecosystem is getting more dynamic and the girls have a world of options, some of these WG become cam models - earn way more and its less dangerous. Some get to operate from their homes, some get hitched or get taken away by BFs so on and on it goes...

I agree with hardmouth. If you're patient and selective it's a great place. Lots of diamonds in the rough at crystal prices. I just love the casual sleaziness of the place, sans the drugs and crime.
