RaulCabrel, ok I do not know the lady in question but saw that you only joined on 2012-01-11 your made only 2 post up to date the last one to write a best seller about how she did not take the time to phone you back.

By your own admission this would not have been your first visit, now we all just wondering where is your review on your first visit, presume you would not have made a second appointment if you were not satisfied with her service the first time.

There could have been a very good explaination for her not beeing able to do the booking, it is not like you prepaid for the service and she owns you the fee.

I was too harsh with my review. Indeed, a crisis occured the day in question and Alice had to attend to it. I only found about it now. I got the details from the e-mail.

By comparisson, the reasons of complaint in my review become irrelevant. Ignore it.

Don't you think your apology would carry more weight if you did it the same length as your review.

I have apologised by e-mail directly to Alice, in a lot more detail as soon as what happened was clarified.

My comment on the forum was just for the users. However, you are correct. I am going to rectify that.

In doing that, I must add I am also sorry for wasting your time, gentlemen and make you negative.

The problem with communication still remains. If it applies to this circumstance or not, it is debatable and there are as many opinions as many people are on this forum. It is because of lack of communiction this whole discussion originated. I complained, I overreacted and I am now apologising, wasting even more of your time. If I was informed, it would have been different.

It is possible that I addressed this in an abrupt manner, but this is also debatable.

Unfortunately, I must dissapoint you because I am unable to write more about it and describe what exactly the circumstances are, what happened, when and how, because it is a personal matter of Alice. That is why I only wrote three sentences in the begining that looked a little stingy, to say the least.

Alice choosed not write more about it in her response on the forum and redirected me to read it on my e-mail.

I said it was a crisis, which was already more than she wanted to write on the net. If she feels she wants to add more about the topic, she will.

I hope that explains your observation, which was quite fair, I admit.

I have only now read what has happened. I can understand why Raul was upset at the time and apologised. But what happened to him happens, and it should be a leason to us all rather give the lady in question who ever she may be, a chance to defend herself before going public. Remember you are dealing with her livelihood.

I always new Alice was setting herself a mark too high in the industry...I still say Alice rather focus on improving your skills and really getting an excellent clientele....wonder where you've gone to now....maybe in hidding..haha...Alice: If u cant stand the heat stay out of the kitchen....
