Frankly, the idiot deserved what he got. To book a girl (and an ugly one at that) with disabled comments is like playing Russian Roulette with all 6 chambers loaded.
Kudos to ESA for taking up the matter. In fact, I'd like to see ESA NOT give the option to block comments. They may have a few less advertisers, but will gain the reputation of having THE most reliable SP's of any other site.

In this game you must always observe the 3rd rule of Punting : "If it feels wrong, then it probably is wrong!" Get out while you can if you have a feeling that the WG is gonna horse you around! Just walk away and head as soon as possible for a cold shower mate!

Cannot agree more with @Toadie that ESA disables the option for these girls to block comments.

This site is by far and away the BEST site in RSA and it offers punters the opportunity to make informed choices with their cash so why allow this option to create an opportunity for these hustler types??!!

The fact is if a WG does not want comments then let them subscribe to the other dodgy sites out there - sites that hardly any of us "wise" punters look at because we have had to pay so many school fees in the past for shit and ripoff service.

Indeed.. in addition to disabling the comment function I would go so far as to suggest that ESA refuses to "rename" WGs such that past bad reviews are erased and unable to be accessed by punters - unless of course ESA then publishes links to these past reviews. The fact is if a punter has posted an unfair review this can be reported and erased by ESA so what does a hustler type WG really have to worry about - only the TRUTH it seems??!!

Rather naive of the punter. However, I am quite reluctant to blame a punter. There should be some kind of street law regulating this kind of behavior. I think the WGs themselves must take measure against the kind of Roxy, who give hooking a bad name. Often they get severely beaten up (something I do not support), but if the complainant had been a guy with a short fuse, this Roxy could have ended up in hospital. This is rather extreme, but then "punter's rage" is a real and present occurence and scam artists should know better.

there may just be a silver lining at the end of this cloud,lucky idiot may just get something out of it in the end.

I agree with Toadie - comment section should not be allowed to be blocked.Better still, ESA should not take on advertisers if they have been outed as scammers.If WGs know they will be refused advertising on ESA they may be a little more wary of scamming.Punters also would not need to research every wg on ESA if ESA were to have a reputation of not allowing any skank to advertise.
