@Lady Cass points are not awarded when the review is a rookie review.
New member's reviews are not deemed as credible, we have come across too many new members that give either fake or malicious reviews. So until the member is deemed as credible the points do not get allocated to a profile.
Unfortunately, the system has been abused and we had to put measures in place to try to protect the advertisers against maliciousness, this might not be your case but due to too many rotten apples, this is how the system is now set up.
