In industry that (unlike the corporate world and all other business and work places has almost non existence of rules of engagements or a body of law that can exert power to apply those rules, the unethical behaviour and lack of professionalism is rampant...
Because no one have to abide to any rules and because there is no any sort of training about customer services or ethics when dealing co-workers and other participants in the in industry that no one knows better but the WORSE is more often than not the so call and self proclaim PROFESSIONALS are the ones to engage in an incredibly unethical behaviours that tarnish and affect others WHILE THINKING that they are doing a God almighty job in this earth and a favour to all human kind !
Perhaps is that the last thing that fish would ever notice in its habitat is the water.
Likewise the most obvious realities of our human culture in this industry seemed also be the most unrecognised.
And it is only when we take a pause to question the foundational principles and ideas to which our work affairs are oriented, a dark truth about our supposed "NORMALIY" becomes more clear.
The water we inhabit runs deep with heavy pollution.
Perhaps the only laugh one's should be taking is that one about ourself and perhaps then about other if we have at least their silent permission.
