So personally I would stay away.

A lot of apartment in Sandton and other areas are Holiday apartments.Since Covid most owners and estate agents do not have a problem with SP's as long as they are discreet.And that particular one has more units on Holiday Rentals,so people come and go just like any other hotel.There is No whatsapp groups and cops issues.And it's Sandton people mind their on business.Happy punting

I also just googled some reviews and people are definitely catching on to what's going on there. Proceed with caution. If you must go there use an Uber rather than your car. I would even go as far as to use a cap and face mask lol.

Despite all this I would still go if there is a SP I'm keen on and she is there. I'm made of thick skin lol

Thing is seemingly SP are not discreet at this complex. And the neighbours and guests are catching on. I sense that complex management are aware of what's going and turning a blind eye all in the name of profit and you know what? I respect them for that hahaha

Yes, it is. A lot of these young social media girls used to shoot content from those apartments.

Its not just asian girls here, there are a few brazillian girls that pop in and out of there as well as several black girls.

The issue is that these chicks aren't discreet and seem to have low situational and cultural awareness.

Dont think it will be an issue until the venue starts being used by madams and pimps, for now it seems like its mostly girls working independently.

Security has changed in the complex, sp has to send u a code to enter now, they tightening up on security and who cares if the neighbour sees u, how do u know if he didn't leave her room b4 u, ...if you guys are scared, stay the vok away, this place isn't for Nancy's...
