A transaction was made for a service and a service was not provided which requires a refund policy. Anything else doesn't matter and must be dealt with between the two of you. That's money you did not work for.

But I think the punter needs to own up to his part of the shit created and respect the fact that he created a scenario ANY level headed working girl would feel uneasy about.

A cancellation fee would be a fair deal in this case.

Take it outs portion of moneys you feel is fair for allocations to costing of prep work for this particular non-booking.

Then balance leftover moneys,give away to charity for maybe organizations that assist abused womens.

This way you do good turn for strangers with money from shady bareback man,and your personas here improve positively.

Then when things are hard in near future,you also will get fortunate breaks from Life when you need it too much and you do not know where help will arriving from.

This is good method to change it the nasty situation into lovely positive outcome for many.
