From truecaller whatsapp facebook linkedin (if your number is linked to the facebook profile). Many ways to skin a cat.

Once someone has your personal number they can most likely find it.

Ladies read this www.bitdefender.com/blog/hotforsecurity/how-scammers-gain-access-and-hack-your-whatsapp-account-and-what-you-can-do-to-protect-yourself/

Do note the hackers gain access to your WHOLE whatsapp.

Conversations with clients.
Pictures sent.
Videos sent.
Numbers saved.
Only a metter of time and then they start blackmailing you as well ladies.

This is unforunately not a small whoopsie I clicked on somethong dont blame me sorry xdxd.

It is a massive fuckup. With irreparable consequences to you your reputation and clients lives.

There is no excuse for being silly in this day and age and falling for phishing scams.

I also recieved a call today for a so called suspicious transaction on my banking account with my name as well. Asked why are you calling from a cellphone number and he put the phone down.

Just show you what a stunning lady Ms Ella is, to public come out, and warn not just her regulars, but all and sundry about what hppend to her.

@Ms Ella

I salute you for being open and honest, about your "hacking" incident. It takes a lot to open yourself to possible "abuse", as every "Tom, Dick, and Harry" are now going to blame you when they receive scammer calls.

Im not blaming you... well I am blaming you. I also blame punters for not using punting sims.

Big ups to you and Elle being open about it on the forum. The first in a new way of getting the us the punters numbers.

The package scam I also have recieved also during the same time as that I was getting a package from takealot. Checked the website and contacted said courier and they said it was a scam.

The basterds are becoming very clever and you have to be on your toes to be sure what is true and what is a trap.

I have said to many people "if its too good to be true its too good to be true" remember when people shared those win a iphone/car/vacation things on facebook? They won iphokol. I asked these people why do they do it? Because who knows and it doesnt hurt anyone.

Life is simple and so is the law. Simply tell them to FUCK OFF.

Alternately they can simply place an add on ESA for a subscription service to save their airtime

When I got the call I abused the fucker in every possible way that would've likely landed me in the human rights court, if the matter was ever escalated! But damn did I feel good abt it!

If you really think about this even if these were real cops trying to extort money out of people it couldn't work. It's like saying a drug dealer has opened a case against you at the police station for paying him with fake money.
