It depends. Some days we prefer blonds, other days big/small boobs etc.
Same with pics.
It also relates to the WGs personality. Almost hard porn pics work with one lady, for another it may be more off putting than enticing.
What does not work is pics of the room...Or simple overflow of last photo shoot...

I like the amateur pics and selfies on the PG as it gives a better idea of the girl's looks in real life. Some ESA profile pics are "enhanced" while some PG pics are more revealing.
