I agree. But. There is always a but.
I now forgot the saying but something like don't play where you stay or shit where you work, someone will post the correct saying. Point being don't to this business in close proximity to where you are (work, live etc) then you looking for such a scenario where you bump into someone you know.
I'm 2-3 hours away from the good WG's and MG's and travel a bit for my visit.
Also flawed if in a way if she is a couple hours away doing her thing and someone she knows travels a few hours.... Can't win

@Kk.. darling I have to disagree about proximity being an issue. I've been in the industry part time for many years and do my bookings very near to home and work. I've never bumped into someone I know outside of a booking. I've managed to keep my part time life on esa a secret from my daily life with huge success. Maybe I've been lucky? lol
Doing this part time has afforded me luxuries that I otherwise would've have had. BUT I don't depend solely on esa.
Leaving your permanent employment thinking that this industry is more beneficial financially is foolish. Hopefully someone talks sense into her head before she does...
