The best thing is to seek medical advise and tell your Psyciatrist how you are reacting to the medication.
Everybody is different, and sometimes it takes time to conclude what works for you.
Hope you can get it sorted out, nothing worse when you anxious and you cannot sleep!

Had about 7 hours. Seems a full 0.25mg of xanor works well as a sleeping pill.
