The board members were chosen democratically and by the original four members of the SSS. You can call them founding members for the lack of a better word.
The fact that they are all white and Afrikaans speaking are purely the result of great minds cuming together to establish this rapidly growing organisation.
From the first meeting at the infamous lapa, we have always maintained that membership would be open to all that qualify, irrespective of creed and colour.
The founding members have conceded that they can't be board members forever, so the decision was made that only death can remove them as board members. When that occurs, a new board member can be appointed.
We might look at appointing additional board members in the future, as our membership has grown exponentially fast (over 400%) in the period that we started.
Lastly we are not worried about any BBBEE regualtions from Government's side, as we are not looking for any Skommeling Contracts from them, in any case, brother Tony can always whisper in Zumas ear if we should ever need a Skommeling Contract.

Damn, I forgot about Porra's semen slick in the pool. Luckily this will only be a problem in summertime. That pool of mine is so cold now that his chourizo will wilt and flounder in that cold water.
