I agree business is not what it used to be. I used to do between 4 and 5 bookings a day. Yes it has dropped considerably however i still manage to average 2 a day when its busy 3 when its quiet 1 sometimes non but thats few and far between.

I run 2 adds here and 2 adds on the blue site and the reality exposure is the answer. The days when ESA are quiet the other site works and visa versa. Some days both sites work and other days both sites are quiet.

Over and about that dont rush clients. Put your best foot forward always look representable to avoid clients walking out. Be friendly on the telephone and smile the caller will hear it on the other side. And keep them happy in order to keep keep them coming back.

I can understand a lady asking you a cancelation fee if you made a appointment rocked up and decided not to stay.
