It gave me tears to be honest because I would especially give my life to tell my father that I loved him once more and just to sit and look at him and hold his hand one more time...life is precious and everyone around us is precious... Me and God has this little arrangement.. if He wakes me up to see another day,I promise to try and be better than I was yesterday .

Today's inspiration goes to everyone that lost someone they truly loved...

Today a year back my life changed.... And I thought that I could die that I lost all faith in life in everything I once strongly believed in....but as always God came and like a beautiful mosaic art put all my pieces back together....

What I learned from it???

Never ever take life for granted or the people you love just because you think your going to have so much more!!!!

Don't just make a living!!! Live life everyday like it's going to be your last!!!

If you feel like crying, cry your heart out...

Squeeze the ones you love and put your heart and soul into that hug!!!

I've learned if there's one thing in life that's guaranteed it's that were all going to die one day so don't just exist LIVE!!!!

Self-censorship is something we all do to varying degrees. In this industry, it can be a pretty big chunk of the game. Girls lie or pretend or keep silent to save themselves from the backlash of a bad review, a vindictive client, a traumatic experience. Guys lie to avoid offending a girl they like, or a girl others like, or to make something seem more sincere than it was for the sake of cushioning their egos.

Beyond the specifics of this little pocket world, we lie or keep silent to cover trauma, or the chance of trouble. We do it to protect the ones we love from the harm of seeing who and how we really are when we're on the edge of facing our worst. We do it to keep our own wheels greased, so we can meet tomorrow without the vicious task of dealing with the harsh truths that haunt us today.

We all do this, to some degree, in all kinds of minor and sometimes even major ways.

And why? Most of this is pretty unnecessary.

Accept yourself. Protect that truer version of yourself. If others don't like it, they have no right to come after you because of it. And if they do, it's a symptom only of how desperate they are to seem a certain way, to project themselves into a certain shape, to position themselves in a certain light. There is nothing sincere or real about any of that. It's paper puppets casting shadows.

Love yourself. If you keep silent, let it be as a measured act of self-respect, understanding what you can and cannot do at a given time. Don't let it ever be an act of self-censorship. Yell back at the Antichrist who's throwing your pots around in the kitchen. Give your dog a big ear ruffle and let him off his leash. Wear your own damn jeans.

Sometimes, silence is safe. But sometimes, instead of staying in that state of silence, remind yourself that it's okay to speak. Know the difference. Act accordingly. Been silent all these years?

Stand up for yourself. Scream.
