Working on a sliding scale, the bigger the order, the bigger the discount per unit.

Great idea if a reliable WG or venue. But paying upfront is always risky...
Lalaa land and TDH are good bets. A venue also offers greater variety. But how will they admin this because there is not one receptionist only. Perhaps vouchers? Just make sure we cant copy those vouchers. Desperate times...ROFL

Very easily managed with ref numbers and a well organized spreadsheet.

Also, a concern raised earlier about not have time to punt - easy solution - credit rolls over to the next month. It doesn't need to be a strictly monthly subscription.
