I do apologise if it came out that way Mia. No one is forced to follow advise but I only give it in aid of awareness as our proffession is not legal and we have to follow certain guidelines to protect ourselves.

Why on earth would there be something wrong with giving advice?? The person who send the PM would obviously want to see another person negatively affected by possibly making a mistake.

@ Veronica you have no reason to apologies. I am grateful for your assistance. Please don't ever stop advising me as I appreciate it and you can post on anything I say with pleasure. If I a incorrect I need to be

told. Continue being you I appreciate it and I am not in the preturbed or upset.

Strange thing is the same person pmed me with regards to the thread about teaching the ladies how to do business and use the website disagreeing on my input about why it wouldn't work, yet I'm advising someone who appreciates it and again, I'm wrong for trying to teach her something that is perhaps crucial to her well being in many ways....boggles the mind really! Damned if you do and damned if you dont as I always say!

Yes Ms VF....We are dammed if we do and dammed if we don't hence I've decided to not comment on threads anymore, after this. As I said in a previous post there is no empathy only anger and frustration. We are all battling in one way or another and doing our utmost best to make ends meet....We don't need to read angry words and insults and constant moaning and belittling. Life is tough enough already. Thank you for speaking your mind....you are a brave woman! There is plenty I would like to say but rather keep quiet because I will be bashed for my beliefs and I really don't need more drama and upset. Men will never understand what it's like to own a pussy....hence they will never understand the hardships women endure living in a patriarchal society. Before the males get upset and start shouting at me....We can ALL do with a healthy dose of empathy and compassion for all those who live in this sinking ship of a country we call home. I'm NOT here to cause fights or offend anyone. @ Veronica, Jewel and iamafunluva. I am not phased or upset. I appreciate Mrs V help and she is an awesome lady. She has the knowledge in this industry and is very intelligent so her help in my wrong was appreciated.

Something few know about me was that I was a human resources manager. I worked with many people and payroll etc and i developed habits as well as thought processes that would help me deal with all kinds of problems with various people from all kinds of backgrounds. I followed behaviour patterns and obviously rules which all made me aware of cause and effect on a larger scale in order to resolve disputes and deal with labour law and unions etc. These are things I carry with me through life in everything I do. Some people get it, others don't! Its the way I am and I cannot change who I am. I see how things are connected and I advise according to what my thought processes conclude. If some see value in what I share, thats their prerogative, just as I cannot control and have to accept others scewed Perceptions of who I am or my motivations for saying or doing things.

I know I'm not always right, but I'm not always wrong either.

No one is forcing anyone to do anything and one can take advice or leave it. Its not always about drama or attention as I've been accused of quite often. Use it, don't use it. We all have to learn our own lessons.

@jewel....don't let anyone gag you because you have an opinion. Your thoughts and comments are relevant because you also live in this world, so it all has an affect on you. What others think of you is none of your business! ;)
