Pepper spray or a tazer does not help if you are pinned down with both arms. Men are much stronger than woman, when your arms are pinned with his hand that are much stronger than you, you can't get to any sprays. Then you have the fight or flight factor. Unless you have been skillfully trained and had that scenario worked into you like its second nature, you won't know how to get out of it.

I speak from experience. The only defense you have is to know how to use your skills from training to get out from under him. To use his strength, size and weight against him.

You can have a glock under your pillow or next to your bed, you not getting to it if your arms are pinned and that is the first thing these assholes do, pin your arms and sit on you.

Every Lady on this sight need to take time to go get proper training, not self defense, that does not help.
