Well the season has definitely been the one for fun, the girls have had an absolute ball seeing so many new and old faces.

Thank you so much for the support we truly appreciate it more than you will ever know. The festive season is a time for thanks and this year ours are reserved for you.

@cobra_za sorry for the late response but there should be girls there from nine today. Most morning we have girls that start trickling in from 8 so the best thing is to call from then as they will answer the phone.

We will close tonight at six until the 27th but I am sure that if anyone wants one last treatment before the short break it can be arranged with certain girls.

Have an absolutely fabulous day and remember it is R200 for a half hour today and R50 off every other treatment.

Well here we are, at the back end of another year. One in which I think not many of us can say we are sad to see it behind us. Been a tough one but thanks to every single one of you for your support 2014 can only get better.

You run a terrific and most professional place - well done to you and Sam and Steff!
Really appreciate your daily update as to the availability of the therapist!
A terrific innovation - hope that you will keep it up in the new year!
My only suggestion about your place - is that your website really is substandard - and way behind much of your competitors.
Very few pictures of the therapists - and of the few indicated - some have left your employ!
Surely you can load up to date pics onto the site of most of the people - I understand that all of them do not want a pic on the site.
You indicated a year ago that things would be sorted out in this regard - this clearly have not been sorted!
Other than that - you guys really are the best in town - and you really don't have much opposition!
Incidentally have e tolls affected your business at all - just curious?

Thank you for the kind words and constructive input.

As for the daily shift list, we will keep this going as it seems to have helped clients get a better idea of who is available and saved on call time as they know who they want.

If I may please allow me to address certain issues you have with the website.

Firstly all the girls on the site work for me none have left, I have just checked and they are all there on my shift at some point in the above postings.

Secondly as for pictures we show more per a therapist than most out there, that said having pictures taken for the two girls or three girls that are new is a priority in the new year.

Remember at this time of year we have had an influx of new faces but not all will go on. So sadly what you see are those that will advertise on our site.

It is a catch 22 situation, while some girls will advertise here because their family or significant other do not know about the site others reverse with ours. Those on this site may not go onto our site automatically because those same people who know nothing about ESA are aware of our site.

Sadly as a business owner I have got to make the call between forcing a girl to go onto the website or losing her. I will always choose the girl staying over advertising her. That way she will be a nice surprise when you come in.

This industry is a very strange one and logic is not always the order of the day. Photos are a house expense and when I say expense I mean it, that I am happy to take on provided the girl has prove she will remain and not leave and that she is happy to do it.

Our competitors out there have sites managed by an opposition website that link their gallery proportionately to the amount of girls advertising within their site. This is why it changes so often, that said the majority only link to a single picture. We manage our site in house and constantly try and get the girls to do it, some have resisted for two years and that is when you stop hounding that particular one.

Either way I will endeavor to have a meeting and raise your concerns and see if any will relent.

As for e-tolls it has not affected us, as I have always said there were always going to be two possible outcomes:

1. It would regionalise the client base, meaning clients from the East would support us more than our Northern rivals.
2. Nothing would change.

Since majority of people have boycotted the process I think it is still to early to tell but one thing is for certain we are definitely looking carefully at this special considering it seems to have alleviated the pressure a little of the tolls and petrol prices. Will definitely keep you all posted.
